Meet Your Inspector
Kurt started in construction at 15, working alongside his father. He went on to own Beard & Son Construction LLC in Oregon, handling everything from new builds to $267,000 structural restorations. He later worked for one of the nation's largest homebuilders in Arizona before bringing his expertise to Florida.
Now based in Central Florida, Kurt brings that builder's knowledge to home inspections. He doesn't just spot problems — he understands why they happen and how serious they are.
